Project Details
This project focused on helping a local retail store break out of low online visibility and turn its social media presence into a real driver of foot traffic and sales. When I started, the store had minimal digital footprint — inconsistent posting, low engagement, and no clear strategy connecting their social media activity to actual business results. My job was to build that connection from scratch: identify where the gaps were, design a strategy around brand awareness and conversions, and execute it across both organic and paid channels.
Since [Nischal] took over our social media, we've seen a real difference, more people engaging with our posts, more foot traffic in the store, and a noticeable boost in sales. The content felt authentic to our brand, and the ad campaigns were clearly well thought out."

Things I Did
I began by auditing the store's existing social media presence to understand where engagement was falling short and what opportunities were being missed. From there, I built a full social media marketing strategy centered on increasing brand awareness and driving sales, and optimized their profiles to improve visibility and make it easier for potential customers to find and trust the store. On the content side, I created and published organic posts on a consistent basis — short-form videos, product showcases, and promotional content designed to keep the audience engaged. Alongside the organic work, I planned and executed a series of paid advertising campaigns targeting the local audience, running everything from brand awareness and engagement campaigns to traffic, video views, lead generation, sales/conversion, and retargeting campaigns — covering the full customer journey from first impression to purchase. Throughout the process, I monitored campaign performance closely and continuously optimized ad creatives and audience targeting to improve results. The combined effect of the organic and paid strategy led to a steady increase in customer engagement, foot traffic, and overall sales for the store.
